We are a mixed billing practice

An out-of-pocket fee will be incurred except for the following patient groups:

PATIENTS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE
GOLD DVA CARD HOLDERS
PATIENTS AGED 65 AND OVER
HEALTH CARE CARD/ PENSION CARD HOLDER

Care plans, Mental Health Care plans, Health Assessments, Government funded vaccines will continue be bulk billed.

Commercial Driver License, Pre-Employment Medical Check and Alcohol & Drug Screening are privately charged with no Medicare rebate. Please talk to the reception to find out the cost.

Forms - if you require the doctor to fill out forms (eg. insurance, superannuation, passport, health funds, work, school etc.) you will require an appointment. These services are privately charged with no Medicare rebate.

1-4 pages - $80
5-10 pages - $100
>10 pages - the doctor's discretion

Full private fee will apply to all overseas visitors with no Medicare Card.

All fees will need to be paid in FULL on the day of your appointment by CASH, Credit cards or EFTPOS.

The practice will then submit the claim to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare will pay the rebate directly to your bank account.
